NEIL P. LINDEN, ESQ.
Attorney, Arbitrator, Certified Circuit Civil Mediator
Neil P. Linden, Esq. has a thorough understanding and appreciation of each matter and meticulous attention to its informing details is a prerequisite to fairly arbitrating any complex dispute. But seeing the nuanced, big picture - bringing an "aerial" perspective based on insights from decades of experience at the Bench, Bar and the negotiating table - is even more critical. There is simply no substitute for applied experience.
Drawing upon a uniquely broad understanding of commercial and corporate disputes, industries, real estate and health care, and having successful trial experience in an array of venues always devoted to delivering a just decision, even under the most challenging circumstances, applying both the "science" and the "art" of arbitration.

"An Arbitrator is the silent architect of justice,
turning business conflicts into clarity - not by choosing sides, but by choosing justice"
